BLOOMINGTON – Lt. Paul Bucher, commander of Indiana State Police Bloomington Post, recently welcomed Senior Trooper Kent Rohlfing and Trooper Ian Portteus to the district after they have been approved for transfer of duty assignment to the area.
Lt. Bucher stated, “I couldn’t ask for two better Troopers to have transferred in than Kent and Ian, their experience, dependability, and professionalism are unmatched.” Bucher continued, “Our community will benefit greatly by having them serve our citizens daily.”
