Evansville, IN – The Evansville Police Department announced that five juveniles have been arrested and charged in connection with an early morning shooting on November 26, 2025, in the 1700 block of Marshall Avenue.
Officials said the determination on whether the juveniles will be charged as adults will be made at a later date. All five face charges of murder, attempted robbery resulting in serious bodily injury, and conspiracy to commit robbery resulting in serious bodily injury.
Police reported that officers responded just after 5:30 a.m. to multiple 911 calls reporting shots fired in the area. Upon arrival, officers found three individuals who had been shot. All three were transported to area hospitals, and one victim later died from their injuries.
