EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Romain Subaru recently made a generous donation of $20,585 to the Boys & Girls Club of Evansville as part of Subaru of America’s (SOA) annual “Share the Love” event. The check presentation ceremony, which took place on Tuesday, saw Michael Mintline, President of Romain Automotive, and Chad Smith, General Manager of Romain Subaru, in attendance.
This contribution was made possible through Subaru of America’s initiative, which encourages customers who purchase or lease a new Subaru vehicle to direct a donation to a charity of their choice. As part of the 2024 Subaru Share the Love Event, Romain Subaru selected the Boys & Girls Club of Evansville as their local charity partner.
The Share the Love event ran from November 21, 2024, through January 2, 2025, and included national charities such as the ASPCA, Make-A-Wish, Meals on Wheels America, and the National Park Foundation. Romain Subaru’s decision to support the Boys & Girls Club of Evansville underscores their commitment to giving back to the local community.
Since the inception of the Share the Love Event, Subaru of America and its retailers have collectively contributed over $320 million to charitable organizations across the country. This year’s donation is part of Subaru’s ongoing efforts to positively impact communities by supporting both national and local causes.
Through their generous support, Romain Subaru and Subaru of America continue to make a significant difference, helping to enrich the lives of children and families in Evansville and beyond.
