Indiana – The Carmel Police Department is seeking for the community’s help in locating a missing woman.
According to the police, the missing 23 year old woman, Devan Edmonds, was last seen with her family in Carmel February 18.
The last time she was seen, she had her afro hair wrapped in a scarf. Edmonds is 5’2” tall and weighs about 180 lbs.
