Evansville, IN – Evansville Police Department school resource officers and community policing officers joined students at Glenwood Leadership Academy during Attendance Month.
The officers visited the school to show their support for students and reinforce the importance of attending school regularly.
Glenwood Leadership Academy thanked the Evansville Police Department for sending officers to support its students and said their presence reminded students that showing up matters and that the community is behind them.
The school also recognized the officers for their time, energy and commitment to the school community.
