Evansville, Ind. – A jury has found 33-year-old Cade Kirk guilty of murder in the death of 44-year-old Corey Fisher, according to court officials. The verdict was reached on Tuesday afternoon following closing arguments in the trial.
Kirk, along with 36-year-old Charles Miles, was accused of killing Fisher in a violent attack. Evidence presented during the trial included surveillance footage showing Kirk physically assaulting Fisher. Authorities stated that Fisher later succumbed to his injuries, marking the tragic end of his life.
The trial of Kirk has garnered significant attention, with the case focusing heavily on the surveillance video that captured the brutal confrontation.
