MITCHELL– Mitchell police arrested 53-year-old Larry Heinz, of 2280 Maul Ridge Rd., on drug charges and a warrant after they stopped his vehicle for speeding. Heinz was arrested on charges of possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also arrested on a warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated controlled substance and OWI with a prior conviction within five years.
