Indianapolis, Indiana — After a pipe burst and flooded the Welcome Center, the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis announced Sunday night that it would be closed Monday.
A pipe apparently ruptured due to the exceptionally cold temperatures, resulting in flooding.
If you have tickets for Monday, the museum requests that you phone their customer service department between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to exchange them for another day.
“We will be closed tomorrow Dec. 2. As the result of extremely cold temperatures, a pipe burst causing flooding in our Welcome Center. Our team is working quickly to fix the damage, but at this time we are unable to open Dec. 26”, the Children’s Museum posted a tweet.
