Knightstown, Indiana – According to the Indiana State Police, a law enforcement officer stopped a vehicle for speeding and then discovered the driver was wanted out of Oklahoma for a robbery. The driver was wanted out of Oklahoma.
On Interstate 70 at nine in the morning, the driver, identified as Wilmer M. Guerro of Columbus, Ohio, was going too fast in a maroon Subaru, which prompted the traffic stop.
During the course of the traffic stop, the officer discovered that Guerro was the subject of an active warrant out of Oklahoma and was wanted for his arrest.
Due to the fact that Guerro, age 22, was driving a vehicle without a valid license, he was taken into custody and taken to the Henry County Jail.
Guerro will be returned to Oklahoma to face the robbery charge after he is extradited there.
