Evansville, IN – According to the police officials, 14-year-old Chade was last seen leaving her guardian’s residence in the 1500 block of Culver Dr.
Police officials also said that the child was last seen wearing a black jacket and black sweatpants.
She is a black female with brown eyes and black hair in braids.
The 14-year-old girl is about 5’8 and weights about 130 lbs.
Chade has been seen by her friends and family between November 7th and November 8th but has not returned home to her guardian’s residence.
