The Indiana Department of Health reported 748 new COVID-19 cases and 11 deaths Sunday.
The latest data brought the number of Hoosiers who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 up to 667,262 and the total death toll to 12,310.
The department reported that another 427 probably deaths were recorded based on clinical diagnoses in patients for whom no positive test is on record.
Overall, some 3,150,418 unique individuals have been tested for the virus, and 8,242,367 tests have been conducted including repeat tests.
In Monroe County, 21 new positive cases brought the overall total to 10,400. The total death toll remained the same at 164.
Also Sunday, health officials said that more than 8,000 people had received COVID-19 vaccines at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway since Friday. Officials said that number included over 4,000 people who got the vaccine on Saturday.
Indiana officials say over a million doses of the vaccine have been administered in the state. Nearly 700,000 people have been vaccinated.
The state will offer more vaccine clinics later this month at Ivy Tech Community College in Sellersburg, at the University of Notre Dame, and in Gary.
