Indianapolis, Indiana – In memory of the victims of Saturday’s horrific shooting at a Texas outlet mall, Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff.
From now until dusk on May 11th, flags must be flown at half-staff.
Before being fatally shot by a police officer who happened to be nearby, the gunman identified as 33-year-old Mauricio Garcia, allegedly killed eight people inside an outlet mall in Allen, Texas.
In an effort to determine the reason behind the attack, federal agents are investigating Garcia’s political views.
