Evansville, IN – The Evansville Police Department released its December 2025 monthly activity report, highlighting enforcement actions, calls for service, and public safety efforts throughout the month. The department noted that some figures reflect updated calculation methods to improve clarity and consistency in reporting.
According to the report, officers handled 4,820 dispatched runs and initiated 3,250 self-initiated runs during December. Police made 448 arrests and issued 908 citations. Officers also completed 355 accident reports and served 100 warrants.
The report showed continued enforcement related to illegal drugs and firearms. Officers made 97 narcotics-related arrests and recovered 49 guns over the course of the month.
