Evansville, IN – New officers with the Evansville Police Department have officially completed their probationary year of training, marking a significant milestone in their careers.
According to the department and FOP Lodge #73 in Evansville, the officers underwent extensive training throughout their probation period to prepare them for full-time service in the community.
As part of the process, the officers met with the merit commission and were formally released from probation.
Department leaders and the Fraternal Order of Police recognized the officers for their commitment and dedication as they transition into their roles as fully sworn members of the Evansville Police Department.
