Evansville, IN – Officer Taylor Merriss of the Evansville Police Department spoke to an audience of police chiefs and public information officers from around the world at the International Association of Chiefs of Police conference.
During the presentation, Merriss emphasized the importance of transparency in law enforcement and the need to build strong, trusting relationships within the community.
