Evansville, IN – According to the statement, Chief Smith and Assistant Chief Hassler recognized the promotions of Lieutenant DeYoung and Lieutenant Fair during second shift roll call.
Before receiving their new badges, peers reflected on their service and commitment to the Evansville Police Department as they have both worked toward moving up the ranks.
